3D Additive Manufacturing

In 2018, we installed our first metal 3D printer EOS M290 to meet customer needs for conformal cooling channels of mold parts.
In 2022, we introduced our second printer EOS M300-4, the first in Asia, to meet customer needs for higher productivity and larger size.

Integrated production from 3D printing to finishing

Our many years of solid technical expertise in tooling production allow us to have a completely integrated production process.
Furthermore, the fluid hole polishing equipment we installed in 2024 has made it possible to improve internal hole surface.

Two 3D printers with one including four lasers

Equipped with two EOS industry-leading 3D printing machines, one of which features four lasers. Four laser printer has more than 3 times productivity compared to single-laser printer. This helps tremendous cost reduction and faster lead time.

Variety of materials available

Maraging steel and improved H13 (LTX) steel for mold parts and other materials such as aluminum and stainless steel available.

With our simulation software, we are able to make proposals for cooling channels.

Other Strengths

Using a DED-type 3D printer from our partner enables the partial repair of mold components, which is difficult with PBF-type 3D printers.

We offer partial repair with DED method. Additionally, fluid hole polishing technology enables maintaining cooling hole performance and extending the shot life of AM parts.
